At the event site, the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Construction and Urban Construction Machinery released the Implementation Rules for Inspection and Certification of Construction Machinery Remanufacturing and Maintenance Bases and the first certification certificate for remanufactured and maintained construction machinery products among all pilot free trade zones in China; Hunan Provincial Tax Service delivered the first value-added tax invoice to the base; Changsha Customs issued the first certificate of origin to the base; and the Traffic Police Corps of Hunan Provincial Public Security Department awarded a plaque to the registration service station for the export of road-used second-hand equipment.

After the base's unveiling, 566 pieces of equipment from enterprises such as Sany Group, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., and WISASTA were dispatched in a concentrated manner. These equipment cover over 10 categories including excavators, pump trucks, and rotary drilling rigs, with a total value of 551 million yuan, and will be sold to dozens of countries and regions in Southeast Asia, Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East.
