On the morning of October 14, with the loud roar of the engine, the convoy carrying 16 sets of second-hand construction machinery and equipment of Hunan Wisasta Import and Export Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Wisasta") in Changsha Free Trade Airport Zone will be sent to 11 countries such as Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.

Promoting the export of used equipment of construction machinery is of great significance for enabling the transformation and upgrading of the province's advantageous construction machinery industry and integrating into the domestic and international double cycle. At present, Changsha area of Free Trade Zone is organizing the whole process of construction machinery used equipment trial order, which is expected to reach 500 million yuan by the end of this year, export to more than 10 countries. The departure ceremony marks the success of the first single attempt.

As one of the two pilot trade enterprises in Changsha, Wisasta entered Changsha Free Trade Airport in May 2021 and is a key foreign trade enterprise in the park. It has successfully exported second-hand construction machinery and equipment such as concrete pump trucks and mixing trucks to more than 40 countries and regions along the "Belt and Road". In the construction machinery used equipment export has accumulated rich experience, technology and customer resources. By the end of 2021, cumulative exports amounted to more than $45 million.

Dicoln Tan, head of Wisasta, said that Changsha Free Trade airport zone has advantages of port, platform, supply chain financial services, supporting services and policies are perfect. This trial order, thanks to the help of the district, the company successfully completed the relevant business organization in less than a month. The export of 16 sets of equipment, including Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion concrete pump trucks, mixing trucks, as well as Sunward intelligent excavator and other types of equipment, totaled 8 million yuan.
